PSV Eindhoven Ahead of Ajax In Race For Bobby Adekanye.
Published: November 05, 2014According to reporting by Voetbal International PSV Eindhoven are miles ahead of Ajax Amsterdam in the race for the signature of Dutch - Nigerian striker Bobby Adekanye.
Bobby Adekanye and his minders are in search of a new team, as Fifa has banned Barcelona from fielding him in official matches until he attains the age of maturity.
But Barcelona are working round the clock to overturn the suspension imposed by the game’s governing body, and if they are successful, Adekanye might return to the youth team next summer.
For a start, the 15 - year - old will be registered with PSV Under 16 team before moving a step higher to the Under 17s if he shows his qualities.
In all likelihood, Bobby Adekanye will remain with the Eindhoven based side till the summer of 2015, at least.
