Arema Cronus FC In Talks With Ex Atletico Madrid Target Samson Olaleye

Indonesian Super League side Arema Cronus FC are in advanced talks with Samson Olaleye regarding a contract, according to various reports from the Southeast Asian country.

The Nigerian striker, who is also in the possession of a Vietnamese passport, put himself in the shop window during the 2014 V - League, netting 27 goals in all competitions for vice - champions Ha Noi T&T.

Samson Olaleye was famously linked with a transfer to Atletico Madrid and Sporting Braga three years ago but  the transfer fell through, as the attacker had already agreed a long - term deal with Ha Noi T&T..

It is thought that Arema Cronus FC were also impressed with his performance when they faced off against Ha Noi T&T on match day six of the AFC Cup.

The 26 - year - old has spent the last seven years in Vietnam, turning out for Than Quảng Ninh and TÄ�CS Ä�á»�ng Tháp before he was legitimately acquired by  Ha Noi T&T..
