Agent Insists Stefano Okaka Is Committed To Sampdoria
Published: December 11, 2014Andrea Cattoli, the agent of Stefano Okaka, has reiterated that his client is focused on Sampdoria despite reports linking him with a plethora of clubs in the winter transfer market.
The likes of Inter Milan, AC Milan, Everton and Southampton are reportedly monitoring the 25 - year - old’s transfer situation, with his current deal set to expire at the end of next season.
“The player has in mind only Sampdoria and his goal is to do well with this shirt.
“He has found his level in Genoa thanks to the great work done with Mihajlovic and at the moment there are no conditions for his transfer.
“My phone is on 24 hours a day but has not yet received a call from him. He is having a very good season and is focused exclusively at Sampdoria .
“How much is his release clause? 10 million euro, but the price is likely to rise,” said Andrea Cattoli to Rai Sport.
On his international debut last month, Stefano Okaka made the difference as his 82nd minute goal decided the outcome of the game between Italy and Albania.
