Published: April 08, 2015
Nigeria international Emmanuel Emenike has resumed training with Fenerbahce after reportedly traveling to Milan, Italy during the Easter holidays.
The Yellow Canaries are preparing to take on Mersin İdmanyurdu in the second leg, quarter final of the Turkish Cup and practiced on Wednesday morning.
The game was scheduled to take place on Tuesday, but was later postponed by the Turkish Football Federation following the attack on Fenerbahce’s team bus after the Super Lig clash with Rizespor.
Also, next Monday’s game against Bursaspor will be played at a later date, which is yet to be announced by the Turkish authorities.
This season, Emenike has not scored in the Türkiye Kupasi after four matches.
