Obafemi Martins Hails Teammates After Win Against Colorado Rapids
Published: April 19, 2015
Former Nigeria international Obafemi Martins was proud of his teammates at Seattle Sounders in the aftermath of their 3 - 1 away against Colorado Rapids.
Though the striker notched up his fourth goal of the season, he has refused to take the credit alone for the victory at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park.
“What a team win...Felt the energy all the way from Seattle #COLvSEA #RaveOn, ” Obafemi Martins said on Twitter.
Seattle Sounders sit fourth in the Western Conference standings with 10 points in their kitty after 6 matches.
Next up for the capital side is a home game against Fernando Adi’s Portland Timbers.
