Otofe Paul Hoping To Impress Levski Sofia
Published: April 22, 2015Bulgarian powerhouse Levski Sofia have been running the rule over Nigerian striker Otofe Paul Lucky for the past one month.
Otofe has said that he is hopeful of bagging a contract with the 26 - time champions of Bulgaria, adding that he is back to his best after close to a year on the treatment table.
“Everything is going well, I am really fully fit now and back to form scoring goals. I have played three test games since I arrived here,” says Otofe Paul to allnigeriasoccer.com.
“I am sure I will sign for Levski Sofia before the end of May. I am not worried.
“Everyone has been friendly here- my teammates and the coaches. The big players in team have assisted me.”
Richard Eromoigbe wore the jersey of Levski Sofia for five seasons between 2002 - 2007, but Otofe played dumb when asked if he would emulate the achievements of the former Nigeria international if he is offered a deal at the end of trials.
“I don’t know about Richard Eromoigbe, I want to be myself and not to emulate anyone.
“I just want to be me, Otofe Paul, ” the 25 - year - old concluded.
The Corinthians product last starred for Bangladeshi team Dhaka Abahani.
