England Round Up : Kayode Odejayi, Yemi Odubade And  Obi Anoruo On Taget
Six players of Nigerian descent were on target in England on Saturday. Allnigeriasoccer.com reviews the matches that were played on Saturday highlighting the players that hit the back of the net for their respective clubs.

In League One, Hakeeb Adelakun’s Scunthorpe United defeated Gillingham 2 - 1 at Glanford Park , with the midfielder equalizing for the home team after Luke Norris had given The Gills an early lead in the second minute.

Gozie Ugwu equalized in the 80th minute for Yeovil Town, who eventually lost 2 - 1 to Port Vale,with Michael Brown netting the match - winner eight minutes from time.

Former Nigeria international Kayode Odejayi netted his fifth goal of the season in the 89th minute for Tranmere Rovers in their 3 - 2 loss to Plymouth Argyle in a League Two tie.

Tranmere Rovers’ Anglo - Nigerian defender Michael Ihiekwe was shown a yellow card 7 minutes from time.

Woking scored two late goals to beat Halifax Town 3 - 2  in the Conference Premier. Yemi Odubade netted the game - winner for the Surrey - based side in the 90th minute.

In the Conference North, Adi Yussuf bagged a brace either side of the half  as his team Oxford City beat Guiseley 4 - 2.

In a high scoring game, one of Nigeria’s top performers in the Conference, Obi Anoruo, was on target in the 79th minute , helping his club Colwyn Bay defeat Worcester 5- 3.
