Olarenwaju Kayode Scores 13th Goal Of The Season
Published: May 02, 2015Maccabbi Netanya star Olarenwaju Kayode netted his 13th league goal of the season but it was not enough to give The Diamonds a point from the game after losing 2 - 1 to Hapoel Tel Aviv.
The ex Flying Eagles star scored in the ninth minute but Hapoel Tel Aviv leveled through Azulay in the 35th minute before Falach netted the match winner in the 64th minute.
Kayode has scored 7 goals in his last ten appearances in the Israeli top division, including a brace in back to back games against Maccabi Tel Aviv and Hapoel Beer Sheva in February.
With two games remaining, it is certain that Maccabi Netanya will be competing in the Premier League next season having garnered 40 points from 31 games.
