Alex Iwobi Pleased To Score Against Brighton
Published: May 04, 2015Olympic National Team invitee Alex Iwobi was delighted to score the game - winner as Arsenal Under 21s defeated Brighton & Hove Albion 1 - 0 in the Under 21 Premier League.
The recently turned 19 - year - old took to social media to thank his teammates for assisting him score the goal early in the second half.
“Good win today , well done lads , glad to get the winning goal after a great team move,” said Alex Iwobi.
The attacking midfielder cum striker has appeared 17 times in the U21 Premier League this term, scoring eight goals.
The Arsenal Under 21s will lock horns with Bolton Wanderers a week from today in their next fixture.
