Wilfred Ndidi To Join Flying Eagles On Monday - NFF
Published: May 05, 2015Racing Genk defender Wilfred Ndidi will link up with the Flying Eagles at their training camp in Nürnberg, Germany on Monday, according to the Nigeria Football Federation.
Because of commitments with the Belgian club, the 18 - year - old has not yet teamed up with the Nigeria U20s, who have been preparing for the World Cup since last month.
“Ndidi will join us on Monday,” said Flying Eagles secretary Ibrahim Aliyu Auwal to thenff.com.
“We have this assurance from both the player and his club.”
Wilfred Ndidi was part and parcel of the Flying Eagles squad at the 2013 Fifa Under 20s, starring in games against Uruguay, Korea and Cuba.
