Olarenwaju Kayode To Pocket 250,000 Euros Per Season At Austria Vienna
Published: May 14, 2015Maccabi Netanya striker Olarenwaju Kayode’s proposed transfer to Austria Vienna thought to have derailed is back on track, according to reports in the Israeli media.
The former Nigeria under 20 international and Emeka Ezeala, who used to represent him, were both quizzed by an arbitration panel on Wednesday.
The bone of contention is that German - based intermediary Ezeala is demanding 50,000 Euros from Kayode with ten percent of his salary and an additional 50,000 Euros for terminating the agency contract which caused him mental anguish.
The arbitration will announce its verdict in the next 30 days after studying the documents provided by both Nigerians.
Meanwhile, Kayode is expected to undergo a medical with Austria Vienna in the coming days after finally agreeing terms with the Austrian club.
The 22 - year - old has been offered a four - year contract by the 24 - time Bundesliga champions and will earn €250,000 per season (or at least €1 million at the end of the contract) .
