It is correct that the Nigeria international could be departing Stamford Bridge in the nearest future but the United Arab Emirates is not a possible destination.
“Mikel is not in talks with Al Ain, where did you get the information from? ” a representative of John Obi Mikel told only allnigeriasoccer.com.
“He has not yet decided what team he will play for next season. He just left Australia .”
The 28 - year - old Mikel is tied to the English Premier League champions until the end of the 2016 - 2017 season.
