Official : Tom Adeyemi Joins Leeds United On A Year - Long Loan From Cardiff City
Published: July 15, 2015Through a statement on their official website, English Championship side Leeds United have announced that they have struck a deal with Cardiff City over the signing on loan of Tom Adeyemi.
The Anglo - Nigerian has put pen to paper on a season - long loan with the Yorkshire club, and the Welsh side have inserted a clause into the agreement that makes him ineligible to face The Bluebirds.
Also, Leeds United can acquire the midfielder outright at the end of the 2015 - 2016 campaign if he impresses manager Uwe Rösler.
A product of Norwich City, the 23 - year - old previously enjoyed loan spells at Bradford City, Oldham Athletic and Brentford before signing a permanent contract with Birmingham City.
Tom Adeyemi suited up 23 times across all competitions last season wearing the jersey of Cardiff City.
