Sylvester Igboun Finally Gets Russian Visa But Doubtful To Face Spartak Moscow

Twenty four hours before the clash at the Otkrytie Arena, the ex FC Midtjylland striker was finally issued a visa on Thursday, three days after his transfer to the Russian Premier League was completed.
“I got the visa this morning and I am actually on my way to Russia now. About the game tomorrow, I don’t know if I’m going to play, ”Igboun told allnigeriasoccer.com.
The 24 - year - old snubbed the overtures of several teams in Europe before committing his future to FC Ufa for four years.
“There are some other clubs who showed interest but FCUfa is the team that showed me how much they want me most and I am happy to sign for FC Ufa.
“I hope to develop as a player in FC Ufa and promise to give my best to the team who showed me love by signing me,” he concluded.
