Mighty Jets FC Disown Ghanaian Baba Otu Mohammed

Mighty Jets FC of Jos has urged the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, and members of the public to disregard any newspaper report linking Baba Otu Mohammed, Ali Abubakar aka Promoter or anyone else with any management position at the Club.
In a statement released by the Club through its Media Officer, Mbum Ferdinand, the Club said Godfrey Hamza remains its Chairman and can only be removed from his position by the Board of Directors.
The Club is also urging members of the press to verify issues pertaining to its activities from the Media Department before going public.
“Baba Otu Muhammed is a Ghanaian who played for Nigeria and also played for Mighty Jets. We acknowledge that but he is among disgruntled people trying to tear the Club apart, he is not a founding Member of the Club and was at no time made a management member of the Club” .
Ferdinand added by saying he is aware of the existence of Mighty Jets FC of Ghana and maybe that is where Baba Otu Muhammed works as the General Manager as there is no such position in the Management hierarchy of Mighty Jets FC
of Jos.
Meanwhile, the Club has started full preparations ahead of next Season with the screening of new players and playing of friendly matches in line with spotting talents amongst the new players.
Mighty Jets FC of Jos would participate in two major competitions next year, the Federation Cup as well as the Nigeria National League.
