Kelechi Iheanacho Wins First Piece Of Silverware With Manchester City
Published: February 28, 2016Nigeria international Kelechi Iheanacho won his first piece of silverware as a Manchester City player on Sunday night.
The 19-year-old was an unused substitute as The Citizens defeated Liverpool 3-1 on penalties, with normal and extra-time ending one goal apiece.
City drew first blood in the 48th minute through Fernandinho who fired past Mignolet after he was set up by Sergio Aguero, only for Coutinho to equalize seven minutes from time.
