Amuneke Will Be The First Coach To Win Fifa U20 World Cup For Nigeria, Club Supremo Predicts
Published: June 19, 2016CEO of ASJ Academy Emeka Amajiriaku has predicted that ex-Barcelona winger Emmanuel Amuneke will be the first coach to win the Fifa U20 World Cup for Nigeria, adding that he has been working with the players in camp for a long time.
Amajiriaku’s hypothesis will be tested if the Nigeria U20s can play 13 more competitive matches leading up to the showpiece game at the Fifa U20 World Cup on June 11, 2017 at the Suwon World Cup Stadium in South Korea.
“The bulk of his team is clustered around his U17 players because they have been together for long and they have understanding, ” Amajiriaku told allnigeriasoccer.com.
“Watch how the team is going and I have already given my prediction that Amuneke will win the first ever U20 World Cup for Nigeria.”
So far, the Flying Eagles displays have ticked the right boxes, beating Burundi home and away to advance to the last round of the 2017 Africa U20 Cup of Nations qualifiers.
