Joshua Onomah Sparkles As Tottenham Lose To Juventus In ICC
England U19 international Joshua Onomah was given a run out in Tottenham Hotspur’s  2-1 loss to Juventus in the International Champions Cup on Tuesday.

The attacking midfielder only recently returned to the White Lane outfit after starring for the Young Lions at the U19 Euros, and his introduction at half time sparked the Spurs midfield into life.

Despite the defeat to the Italians, manager Mauricio Pochettino was pleased with Onomah and seven other youngsters who made their first senior appearances.

“It’s good for the younger players, ” Pochettino told tottenhamhotspur.com.

“They are the future and I’m pleased with them. It’s always a pleasure to watch them play.”

Spurs will be back in action on Friday when they square off against Atletico Madrid in their second game in the ICC.
