Premier League Finest Mahrez Warns : We Are Coming To Nigeria For A Win
Published: October 10, 2016Leicester City striker Riyad Mahrez was disappointed after Algeria could only manage a draw in their World Cup qualifier against Cameroon, and has warned his teammates to adequately prepare for their next game in Uyo.
He has admitted that the Nigeria side will be a tougher nut to crack than Cameroon, and has stressed the importance of a win or they will be playing catch-up in the race for qualification after only two rounds.
“Now he will think about the next match. We will have a difficult trip to Nigeria,” Mahrez said in his post match comments, according to Le Buteur.
“We will properly prepare for this match because it will be even more difficult than the first game against Cameroon.
“We have no choice but to seek a positive result. We must do everything necessary to achieve victory.”
