Nigeria U20 international Alhassan Ibrahim was seen fraternizing with Leicester City’s Algeria international Riyad Mahrez in the wake of the Super Eagles 3-1 win over the Desert Foxes in a World Cup qualifier on Saturday.
The striker was at the Le Meridien Ibom Hotel & Golf Resort to wish his teammates good luck before the game against the North Africans and had a chance meeting with the most famous player in their ranks.
Musa Mohammed, Dele Alampasu, Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi , who all made the Super Eagles 23-man roster were Alhassan Ibrahim’s teammates in the Golden Eaglets and Flying Eagles squad before they were promoted to the senior national team.
