Nigerian Whizz-Kid Scores 24th Goal Of The Season As Chelsea Win FAYC For Fourth Year Running
Defending champions Chelsea retained the FA Youth Cup after recording a 5-1 win over Manchester City in the final second leg at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night.

The Young Blues led 2-0 at the break and 3-1 on aggregate, courtesy of goals from Trevoh Chalobah and Chelsea Academy poster boy Ike Ugbo, who was joined in the starting line-up by Nigerian midfielder Tariq Uwakwe.

On 24 minutes, Ugbo finished off acrobatically after an inviting cross from Sterling, his tenth goal in the competition this season.

Dujon Sterling made it 4-1 on 65 minutes with a brilliant finish inside the near post after he was played down the flank by Ugbo.

Chelsea's other scorers in the second half were Callum Hudson-Odoi and Cole Dasilva after Nmecha had reduced the deficit six minutes out of intermission.

Manchester City's Nigerian midfielder Tom Dele-Bashiru subbed in with nine minutes left on the clock, same time Uwakwe was substituted while Ugbo got replaced in the 78th minute.

The game was attended by Tammy Abraham, John Terry, Frank Lampard, Antonio Conte and Roman Abramovich.
