Official: Ex-England Youth-Teamer Obadeyi Extends Oldham Athletic Contract
EFL League One club Oldham Athletic have extended the contract of Birmingham-born Nigerian striker Tope Obadeyi by another twelve months.

It means the former Bolton Wanderers youth-teamer will remain on the books of the Boundary Park outfit until at least the end of the 2017-2018 season.

The 27-year-old penned a short-term deal with Oldham Athletic in the January transfer window, and went on to make 15 appearances for the club, scoring two goals against Northampton Town and Sheffield United.

Obadeyi spent six years at Bolton and enjoyed loan spells with Swindon Town, Rochdale, Shrewsbury Town and Chesterfield while at the Trotters.

His other teams include Rio Ave, Bury, Plymouth Argyle, Kilmarnock and Dundee United.
