Moses, Tomori Train Twice With Chelsea Ahead Of High Profile Friendly Vs Arsenal
Published: July 20, 2017Chelsea have continued their preparations for their first high-profile friendly against Premier League rivals Arsenal at the Beijing National Stadium on Saturday, July 22.
The champions had two training sessions today, with the first workout held in the morning shortly after breakfast.
In the pictures posted by Chelsea via Twitter, Nigeria international Victor Moses and England U20 World Cup-winning central defender Fikayo Tomori were sighted training with the team.
The two defenders were given a run-out in Chelsea's 8-2 hammering of Fulham in a behind-closed-doors scrimmage at Cobham last weekend.
Three players of Nigerian descent are set to feature for the London teams this weekend, with the in-form Alex Iwobi in the ranks of Arsenal.
Chelsea have lined up friendly matches against Arsenal, Bayern Munich and Inter Milan ahead of the start of the Premier League on August 12.
