VVV Venlo Expert Highlights Qualities Of Arsenal Loanee Nwakali
Published: September 18, 2017Nigeria U20 international Kelechi Nwakali has impressed in his two appearances for VVV Venlo in the Dutch Eredivisie, and the attacking midfielder is in line to make his full debut for the Limburg based club sooner rather than later.
VVV Venlo expert Hans Straus of Dutch newspaper De Limburger reckons that the Arsenal loanee has the attributes needed to help VVV Venlo succeed this season.
''Nwakali came in on the 75th minute. He is strong on the ball, strong passing and calm under pressure,'' Hans Straus told allnigeriasoccer.com.
''He is on the verge of a debut as a starting player.''
Last season, Kelechi Nwakali was one of Arsenal's most consistent loanees while defending the colours of MVV Maastricht, but has been loaned out again because of his inability to obtain a work permit.
The 19-year-old scored on his competitive debut for VVV against Groningen on September 10.
