Manchester United Teen Sensation Kehinde Hints He'll Pick Nigeria Ahead Of England
Published: November 22, 2017Manchester United teenage sensation Tosin Kehinde has strongly hinted that he will choose to represent the Nigerian national team ahead of England in the near future.
Although the 19-year-old was born in Lagos to Nigerian parents, he can turn out for England, even their senior team, without applying to Fifa because he has not been capped at any level by Nigeria.
Team Nigeria UK boss David Doherty earlier told allnigeriasoccer.com that he's sure Kehinde will opt for Nigeria if he's approached by the Nigeria Football Federation.
Twitter user Moses Anuoluwapo has informed the Nigerian Federation to make a move for Kehinde, tweeting : ''@thenff @NGSuperEagles i hope you guys are paying proper attention to this beast @thetosinkehinde.. ππͺπΎπ₯''.
That post has been retweeted by the Manchester United U23 star, which gives a clue that he is interested in representing the Super Eagles.
Kehinde officially joined Manchester United in the summer of 2014 and has yet to debut for the first team.
