Nigerian players with dual nationalities that have played competitively for the senior national teams of other countries have been omitted.
In the early kickoff, Victor Moses played the entirety of Chelsea's 3-1 win over Newcastle United at Stamford Bridge and provided an assist for his side's second goal in the 33rd minute, then earned a penalty which was converted by Eden Hazard with 16 minutes left on the clock.
Dwight Gayle opened the scoring for the visitors after 12 minutes before goals from Hazard and Alvaro Morata put Chelsea 2-1 in front at half-time.
At The American Express Community Stadium, Liverpool demolished Brighton & Hove 5-1. Dominic Solanke came on for the Reds with two minutes remaining, Ovie Ejaria and Bobby Adekanye didn't make the 18.
Strikes from Emre Can, Roberto Firmino (2), Philippe Coutinho and an own goal from Lewis Dunk secured Jurgen Klopp's side their eight win of the season.
England U21 star Ademola Lookman played the last 19 minutes of Everton's 2-0 win over Huddersfield Town at Goodison Park .
