In the early kickoff, Victor Moses came off the bench in Chelsea's 1-0 loss to West Ham at the London Stadium.
Still in the English capital, former Nigeria U20 invitee Freddie Ladapo was not in Crystal Palace 18 against Bournemouth, for whom Jordon Ibe was introduced in the 65th minute.
The Cherries England star Jermain Defoe opened and closed the scoring, Luka Milivojevic equalized for the Eagles before Scott Dann put them in front a minute before half-time.
Over to the Liberty Stadium, it finished 1-0 in favour of Swansea City against West Brom. England international Tammy Abraham played the last fourteen minutes for the Welsh outfit.
