Ndidi Excited By Form Of Mahrez: More To Come From Him
Published: December 11, 2017Wilfred Ndidi says he is delighted by the form of Algeria national-teamer Riyad Mahrez, and expects the winger to keep firing on all cylinders.
The Super Eagles star was named the most outstanding Foxes player in their 3-2 win at Newcastle United on Saturday evening and provided the assist for the goal scored by Mahrez in the first half.
''Riyad is like that week in week out. There is more to come from him I think. Everybody tries to support him and he is in good form,'' Ndidi said to Leicester City's official website.
The Leicester City number 25 singled out Demarai Gray for special praise, stating : ''Everybody is capable of playing, even the guys on the bench.
''Everybody wants to show themselves and if you have the opportunity, you can show it all.''
This season, Ndidi has started every single game contested by Leicester City in the Premier League, logging 1,440 minutes.
