Watford Coach Provides Update On Isaac Success Fitness Pre-Bristol City
Published: January 06, 2018Watford coach Marco Silva provided an update on the fitness of his squad ahead of Saturday's Emirates FA Cup clash versus Bristol City.
The Portuguese manager has strongly hinted that Isaac Success will not figure against the Championship opponents at The Vic today, saying he's lacking match fitness.
The Nigeria international featured in a behind-closed-doors friendly against Queens Park Rangers on Wednesday.
''Craig looks closer than Isaac. Even when he was injured for a long time, Craig never loses his fitness,'' Silva told Watford's official website.
''He’s focused, he takes care of himself and he looks in a good condition, although of course he needs more minutes during the week [in training].''
Success's only appearance for the Hornets this season was against Bristol City in the League Cup more than four months ago.
