Official : Attacking Midfielder Returns To Manchester United
Published: January 31, 2018Through a statement on their official website, Manchester United have announced that promising midfielder Matty Willock has returned from his loan spell at FC Utrecht.
The 21-year-old could only make three appearances for the first team of the Dutch club against SBV Vitesse, NAC Breda and AFC Ajax before returning to Old Trafford.
Willock began his career with the youth team of Arsenal before he was released at the age of fifteen.
He has made United's match day squads against West Bromwich Albion and Crystal Palace.
Born in London, Wilock has pledged his international future to England ahead of Caribbean island Montserrat.
His brothers Joe and Chris are also professional footballers.
