Official: Deadline Day Moves For Three London-Born Strikers Approached By Nigerian Federation
Three London-born strikers on the radar of the Nigeria Football Federation with a view to a call up to the national teams switched clubs few hours before the winter transfer market closed for business.

For the first time in his 16-year career with Arsenal, Hale End Academy product Chuba Akpom has been loaned out to a club outside the United Kingdom, with Belgian club Sint-Truidense completing his loan move.

The former England U21 international previously enjoyed loan spells at Coventry City, Brentford, Nottingham Forest, Hull City and Brighton & Hove Albion.

England U20 World Cup-winning attacker Ademola Lookman made an under the radar loan transfer to German Bundesliga club RB Leipzig on Wednesday.

The 20-year-old has been with the Toffees since January 2017 following his transfer from Charlton Athletic.

This season, he has made seven Premier League appearances and six Europa League appearances, scoring twice.

Finally, former Flying Eagles invitee Freddie Ladapo has ended his association with Crystal Palace by joining
League One side Southend United for an undisclosed fee.

The 24-year-old made his debut for the Eagles at Manchester United earlier this season.
