Official: Manchester United Product Recalled by Charlton Athletic
Published: February 01, 2018Manchester United product Nicky Ajose has seen his loan spell at Bury cut short by his parent employer Charlton Athletic, the club informed on their official website on Thursday morning.
Prior to Ajose's return to the London club, he managed nine appearances for the Shakers in League One, scoring one goal against Bristol Rovers.
Nicky Ajose told the official website of the Addicks: "I'm delighted to be back. It's been a tough four months away .
''I've managed to come back and I'm looking forward to helping the rest of the squad to push to the end of the season.
"I've come back at a good time. A lot of quality has been added since the start of the season. I'm really looking forward to what's possible over the next four months."
Ajose spent 12 years at Manchester United Academy before switching to Peterborough United in 2011.
A former England youth international, the striker can represent the senior national teams of Nigeria, England and Cyprus.
