Nigeria international Isaac Success arrived the Málaga-Costa del Sol International Airport at noon on Thursday to link up with his new team following his loan move from Watford.

In his first words as a Malaga player, the attacker vowed to do everything possible to save the team from being relegated.

After 21 rounds in the Spanish La Liga, the Andalusian outfit sit bottom of the table with 13 points, six points from safety.

''
I'm here to help the Club, the coach and the fans and everyone,'' Success was quoted as saying by the official website of Malaga .

''I am a footballer and no player in the world wants to go down to the Second Division. I'm here to do what needs to be done to save the team.

''I have spoken with the coach and I am happy to be here and return to LaLiga. Now I just want to work with the team and I do not think about the future.''

Malaga manager José González coached Success at Granada in 2016 and had attempted to sign the striker last year while he was coaching Chinese club Beijing Guoan.
