Vitesse Want To Extend Loan Deal Of Chelsea's Most Promising Talent
Dutch Eredivisie side Vitesse want to extend the loan deal of Chelsea attacking midfielder Mason Mount, according to reports.

The England youth international joined Vitesse on a season-long loan last summer, and according to De Telegraaf the club want him to spend one more season in the Netherlands due to him impressive performance.

The 19-year-old Mount has made 20 appearances in the Dutch top-flight, scoring 7 goals and providing three assists.

He also featured for Vitesse in the group stage of this season's Europe League.

It is not certain yet if Chelsea would agree to Mount remaining at Vitesse for another season but the Dutch club are doing everything possible to retain him.

Mason Mount replaced Nigerian defender Fikayo Tomori as Chelsea's Academy Player of the Year at the club's annual awards held at Battersea Evolution in London on Sunday 28 May, 2017, and made the shortlist for the Premier League 2 Player of the Season award.
