Official: Manchester United Confirm New Deal For Defensive Midfielder
Published: May 01, 2018Through a statement on their official website, Manchester United have confirmed that talented midfielder Tom Sang has committed his future to the club after penning a new deal.
The financial terms and length of the contract were not disclosed by the Red Devils.
The 18-year-old Sang played for Manchester United youth teams in the Premier League 2 and UEFA Youth League this season.
Described as a neat passer of the ball who helps protect the back four, he will play for United's U23 in the Premier League 2 Division 2 next season.
The Liverpool native joined Manchester United in the 2015-2016 season following a successful trial.
He can also be deployed as an emergency fullback.
