Official: Young Manchester United Midfielder And Striker Sign New Contracts
Published: July 09, 2018Via publications on the club's official website, Manchester United have informed that they have extended the contracts of two of their promising starlets, Zak Dearnley and Callum Whelan ahead of the 2018/19 season.
Callum, a midfielder by trade made nine appearances for the Red Devils Premier League 2 side last term and will join up with Ricky Sbragia's team at their training camp in Austria this week.
19-year old Dearnley who operates as a striker played 19 times in total for the club last season, scoring once in a 4-0 victory over Sunderland in April.
He is among the U23 players taking part in their training camp in Obertraun in Austria as the young Reds continue to leave no stone unturned to fine tune next season preparations.
