Official: Brazilian Midfielder Extends Contract With Liverpool

Brazilian starlet Allan Rodrigues de Souza has penned a contract extension at Premier League side Liverpool, per a statement on their official website.

The duration plus the financial terms of the new deal have not been disclosed by the Reds and the player.

Aged 21, Allan was acquired by Liverpool in 2015 from Internacional after starring at the Frenz International Cup.

The left-footed central midfielder signed the new deal before he was loaned out to German Bundesliga outfit Eintracht Frankfurt, where he will spend the entirety of the 2018-2019 season.

This is his fifth loan since his arrival at Anfield after previous stints at SJK, Sint-Truidense, Hertha Berlin and Apollon Limassol.

Allan has been capped by Brazil at U20 level.
