Nigerian Duo Named In Chelsea Squad To Face Arsenal In Dublin
Published: July 31, 2018The Chelsea squad jetted out to Dublin, Republic of Ireland on Tuesday evening ahead of tomorrow's International Champions Cup encounter against London neighbors Arsenal at Aviva Stadium.
Nigeria international Victor Moses is set to feature in his second pre-season friendly as he was named in the traveling party to the Irish capital.
The striker came off the bench in the 65th minute of The Blues' shootout win against Internazionale on Saturday, July 28 and converted one of the spot kicks needed to determine the winner.
England U21 star Tammy Abraham is also in contention to play against the Gunners amid speculation linking him with a temporary departure from Stamford Bridge before the close of the summer transfer window.
It is all but confirmed that Hale End Academy product Alex Iwobi will be present with Arsenal in Dublin in what would be his second game in pre-season if he is selected by manager Unai Emery.
The kickoff time for tomorrow's game is 2005 hours local time.
