Unwanted Porto Midfielder Mikel Linked With Move To Marseille?
Nigeria international Mikel Agu is been linked with a move to French Ligue 1 club, Olympique Marseille, Le 10 Sport has revealed.

The 25-year-old midfielder has been deemed surplus to requirements at Porto and it is expected the Dragons hierarchy will sanction a temporary or permanent sale of the player.

Agu has spent successive loan periods at Club Brugge, Vitoria Setubal and Bursaspor since rising through the ranks with his Portuguese club and was named in Nigeria's preliminary squad for the 2018 World Cup.

Last season, he made 24 competitive outings for Bursaspor in Turkey, scoring thrice.

He started out with amateur team, Megapp FC in his homeland before transferring to Portugal in 2011 for his first professional engagement.

Taye Taiwo, Wilson Oruma and Victor Agali are some of the Super Eagles stars to have represented Marseille in the past.
