Chelsea Winger Victor Moses Given The Weekend Off By Sarri
Published: September 08, 2018Former Super Eagles star Victor Moses will not report at Cobham Training Center for training this weekend.
Chelsea TV reporter Lee Parker has informed that the Chelsea first-team players not called up for international duty will resume training on Monday, ahead of their upcoming meeting with Cardiff City at Stamford Bridge.
Moses and his teammates had double sessions on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and have been given two days to recharge their batteries by manager Maurizio Sarri.
The 27-year-old has seen himself drop out of favour under the new Italian coach, having failed to start any of their opening four games in the Premier League plus the Community Shield clash against Manchester City.
Moses only tasted action against Huddersfield Town for nine minutes, was a non-playing sub vs Arsenal and was not in the 18 that faced Newcastle and Bournemouth.
His rivals for the wide positions, Eden Hazard and Willian, are on international duty with the Belgian and Brazilian squads respectively.
