Nigeria's Most Valuable Players: Iwobi More Expensive Than Moses, Ndidi Still The Top Man
Arsenal winger Alex Iwobi has overtaken Victor Moses as the second most valuable Nigerian player, according to the updated transfer values published by CIES Observatory.

The Hale End Academy product is now valued at €38.3, an increase of €4 million in the last three months.

Last month, Iwobi penned a new long-term deal that will keep him at the Gunners until the end of the 2021-2022 season.

It is thought his value increased after representing Nigeria at the World Cup and his brilliant start to the season after contributing to two goals in his first two matches in the Premier League.

Chelsea striker Victor Moses has seen his stock dwindle following his lack of first team opportunities in the new season.

In November 2017, the former Nigeria international, who is contracted to Chelsea until June 2021, was valued at €45.1 but is now worth €30.4 million.

Leicester City star Wilfred Ndidi remains Nigeria's most valuable player at €62.3 million but was worth €68.3 the month the 2018 World Cup ended.

The 21-year-old central midfielder is contracted to the Foxes until June 2024.
