Ex-Tottenham Director Of Football Wants To Bring Chelsea's Victor Moses To Fenerbahce
Published: January 10, 2019Turkish giants Fenerbahçe have joined the race to sign former Nigeria international Victor Moses in the winter transfer market.
Turkish website Fotospor.com claims Fenerbahce sporting director Damien Comolli has vowed to use his connections in London to bring the winger to Turkey before the close of the transfer window.
Indeed, Comolli has a good relationship with London clubs and is credited with the discovery of former Arsenal players Kolo Touré, Emmanuel Eboué and Gaël Clichy and once worked as director of football at Tottenham Hotspur.
A loan deal that will keep Moses at The Yellow-Navy Blues until June 30, 2019 is being mooted.
Fenerbahçe, who are one of the most successful teams in Turkey, are struggling this season and currently sit 17th in the 18-team table with 16 points at the halfway stage of the campaign.
Crystal Palace, Cardiff City and Fulham are reportedly monitoring the situation of Moses, who has been frozen out of the Chelsea team following the arrival of Maurizio Sarri last summer.
