Belgian Club Zulte Waregem Reignite Interest In Watford's Nigeria U23 Midfielder
Belgian First Division A team Zulte Waregem have reignited their interest in Nigeria U23 international Tom Dele-Bashiru.

The Manchester City Academy product was courted by Zulte Waregem before sealing a summer move to Watford.

According to Sky Sports, Zulte Waregem are interested in signing Dele-Bashiru on loan for the remainder of the 2019-2020 season.

The former Flying Eagles star has been unable to break into the first team squad of the Hornets since his arrival, making only five matchday 18s and logging only 18 minutes.

His solitary appearance to date came against Coventry City in the second round of the Carabao Cup five months ago.

Dele-Bashiru was a bit-part player for the Dream Team VII at the 2019 U23 Africa Cup of Nations as a result of his inactivity for Watford.

He has a contract with Watford until the end of the 2024-2025 season.
