SD Huesca Striker Could Spark International Tug Of War Between Nigeria And Spain
Published: July 22, 2020Sociedad Deportiva Huesca center forward Carlos Kevin Omoruyi could spark an international tug of war between Nigeria and Spain in future if he keeps his feet on the ground, allnigeriasoccer.com understands.
Born January 2001, Omoruyi is eligible to represent Spain where he was raised and Nigeria through his father.
For now, the highly-rated teenager has no international recognition for either Spain or Nigeria but his status could change as he is on the periphery of the first team of SD Huesca, who will compete in La Liga next season.
He has been identified by manager Michel as one of the talented youngsters in SD Huesca's youth ranks and was invited to train with the first team during pre-season last summer.
Omoruyi who primarily represents the Juvenile A was an unused substitute forĀ SD Huesca in their final two games of the season against Numancia and Sporting Gijon, a testament to how highly he is rated by the first team coaching staff.
