Photo - 'BS7' Saka Celebrates Arsenal's FA Cup Win Against Chelsea
Published: August 02, 2020Anglo-Nigerian starlet Bukayo Saka has taken to social media to celebrate Arsenal winning the FA Cup for the fourteenth time in their history following their 2-1 victory against Chelsea on Saturday evening.
One of the talking points leading up to the showpiece at Wembley was whether or not the versatile winger would be included in the starting lineup ahead of the more experienced Nicolas Pepe and Kieran Tierney.
Leading up to the FA Cup final against Chelsea, Saka was a non-playing substitute in two of the last three matches played by Arsenal, against Manchester City and Watford.
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta opted not to introduce the 18-year-old off the bench in a very cagey affair against their London rivals.
Saka will now be wearing the number 7 shirt following the conclusion of the 2019-2020 season, and he has changed his profile picture on Instagram to reflect his new shirt number and labelled it 'BS7'.
"C H A M P I O N S 🏆😍", Saka posted on Instagram shortly after the game vs Chelsea.
The Nigeria Football Federation target finished the season as Arsenal's top assist provider with 12 in 38 games across all competitions.
