Tottenham Captain Okedina Scores Against Legendary Chelsea Goalkeeper Petr Cech In PL2
Chelsea came from two goals down to beat Tottenham Hotspur 3-2 in a Premier League 2 clash at at Kingsmeadow on Monday night.

Three players of Nigerian descent Jubril Okedina, Tobi Omole and Kion Etete went the distance for the north London club while Fuastino Anjorin and Bryan Fiabema were left out of Chelsea's matchday squad.

Against Tottenham Hotspur U23s, Petr Cech , the legendary Czech goalkeeper who retired in May 2019, made a return to football 565 days after hanging up his boots, and he conceded two goals. 

Okedina took advantage of a half-cleared corner kick to give Spurs the lead inside three minutes before Scarlett scored with a brilliant header to double the away team's advantage in the 17th minute.

A second half brace from Peart-Harris and Lewis's strike saw Chelsea secure their sixth win of the season and go top in the standings.

Tottenham conceded a penalty on the hour mark after Okedina was forced into making a foul on Nunn.

Kion Etete was cautioned in the 78th minute following a melee which was sparked by Alfie Devine and Danny Drinkwater clashing by the touchline.
