Nigeria Youth-Teamer Ofoborh Trains With Ex-Arsenal Star Jack Wilshere At Bournemouth
Published: December 30, 2020Nigeria youth international Nnamdi Ofoborh was spotted training with former Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere during Bournemouth's final workout before their Championship clash with Brentford.
Wilshere is training with the Cherries to keep fit with a view to a potential transfer to another club in the winter transfer market.
The 28-year-old Englishman is currently unemployed following his release by Premier League side West Ham in October.
Philip Billing and Dominic Solanke were the other players of Nigerian descent that trained with Wilshere on Tuesday.
Ofoborh has been named in Bournemouth's matchday squad in eight of their last ten games in the Championship, and was involved in two games - against Reading and Barnsley.
The former Flying Eagles midfielder joined the Vitality Stadium outfit in July 2016, same season Wilshere was on loan at the club from Arsenal.
Ofoborh became provisionally cap-tied to Nigeria when he came off the bench to face Qatar at the 2019 FIFA U20 World Cup.
