Bayern Munich Mulling Over Everton's Loan Offer For Teenage Striker Zirkzee
Published: January 27, 2021European champions Bayern Munich are mulling over Everton's loan offer for Dutch-Nigerian striker Joshua Zirkzee, according to reports.
Sky Deutschland says the Toffees and Italian club Parma have submitted offers to the Bavarians for the signature of the Netherlands U21 international.
The 19-year-old Zirkzee wants to move on to pastures new due to a lack of first team opportunities this term, having fallen behind Robert Lewandowski and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting in manager Hansi Flick's pecking order of attackers.
A loan with an option to buy set at ten million euros is being studied by Bayern Munich and a decision on his next destination is expected to be made before the window closes.
Zirkzee has recorded 17 appearances for Bayern Munich's first team, scoring four goals.
The former Feyenoord starlet has a contract with Bayern Munich until the end of the 2022-2023 season.
