Chelsea Make Transfer Decision On Promising Midfielder Faustino Anjorin
Published: February 01, 2021 English Premier League club Chelsea have made transfer decisions on Faustino Anjorin and three first team players.
According to transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano, Anjorin, Billy Gilmour, Marcos Alonso and Olivier Giroud are staying at Chelsea as Thomas Tuchel wants to go on with this squad until the end of the season.
The Anglo-Nigerian attacking midfielder has been training with Chelsea's first team since the appointment of the German as coach, but was omitted from back-to-back matchday squads against Wolverhampton Wanderers and Burnley.
A loan move would benefit Anjorin as he would get more regular playing time and also get used to the rigours of first-team football.
This season, the England youth international made his debuts for Chelsea in the Champions League and Emirates FA Cup.
Last June, Anjorin inked a new contract, keeping him at Stamford Bridge until June 30, 2025.
