Onetime Nigeria Football Federation target Bukayo Saka has taken to social media to celebrate Arsenal's progression to the semifinals of the UEFA Europa League following their 4-0 hammering of Sparta Prague on Thursday night.

Nicolas Pepe finished coolly to give the Gunners the lead in the 18th minute and Alexandre Lacazette slotted home from the spot to double the advantage three minutes later.

Saka put the game to bed when he drove a low shot into the bottom corner to make it 3-0 in the 24th minute.

Writing on Instagram with an accompanying picture of him celebrating his goal, Saka said : "Sliding into the semi finals ... 😆🔥".

Saka's post drew reactions from several Nigeria-eligible youngsters who have spent time in the Arsenal academy, including Scunthorpe United's Olufela Olomola and Glasgow Rangers midfielder Malcolm Ebiowei.

Current Arsenal players Joseph Olowu, James Olayinka, goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo and Folarin Balogun also lavished praise on the England winger.

Here's what they said :

Malcolm Ebiowei : "The best"

Folarin Balogun: "What a player!"

James Olayinka : "🐐".

Arthur Okonkwo : "❤️".

Olufela Olomola : "🐐".

Joseph Olowu : "🤩".
